Hi, I’m Vera!

I’m a fourth generation Master Energy Healer. I facilitate the healing of mind, body and spirit in women and children by using various modalitites to channel and connect your higher-self with its universal life force, as when working together they help shift, cut and clear any past traumas.

My healing space is sacred, protected and without judgement, so that you have a level of comfort to fully surrender into the session. All conversations are strictly confidential, because your life journey and transformation is your own.

Sometimes we are not aware that our past traumas can manifest into a physical form which can be the predecessor of conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse and illness.
In my healing session we work through these past traumas to reveal the root of the problem and through this process you will become calm, balanced and centred.

Past Trauma Healing

Past trauma can be from this lifetime or it can carry over from a past lifetime. Often it can leave you feeling stuck, lost, angry, sad or confused, which can stop you from living your life to its full potential. By identifying and working through the trauma and how it has manifested in your life with an open approach, you will develop the courage to transform the negative experience into a positive future.

Shadow Work and Removal

We all have shadows – one is visible and the other is not. The invisible shadow is the unseen aspect of your personality that causes blockages in your consciousnesses. It creates a sense of misfortune, ego, shame, denial, paranoia and fear. These blockages can cause havoc, making your life goals feel unattainable. In some instances the invisible shadow can be a negative entity that has attached itself to your energy.

Inner Child Healing

Childhood trauma can leave your present self feeling tired, anxious, angry and lost. By going back to explore childhood memories you get the opportunity to communicate with your child-self in a way that uncovers and then releases the past trauma, which in the process resolves your hurt, and feeling of being alone or unloved. When you get control over your past you truly transform and heal your child self.

What is the difference between Reiki and Energy Healing

Though it may not be very obvious, there are differences between Reiki and Intuitive Energy Healing practices. In summary, Reiki deals with the energy field of the chakras while Intuitive Energy Healing deals with the higher spiritual self to release negative blockages from your body.

Following a total hip replacement my dog Bruno became anxious and restless due to having been crated to recover.
